How to Sign up for Fee based Support Services

1. Click SETTINGS
   
2. Click COMPANY and a drop down menu will appear
3. Select ACCOUNT PAYMENT from the drop-down menu
4. Simply click PURCHASE next to the Service you would like
5. You will be sent an email confirming your purchase, and shortly afterwards an email from our Support Team to schedule a time that works best for you!
   1. Note: Your credit card on file will be charged at the time of purchase (only Admins in your account have the ability to purchase these Services)

   2. QuickBooks Online and Desktop Services Offered

      1. QuickBooks Integration Package – $100 – Personalized one hour session to fully integrate your RazorSync Settings, Customers, Service Items, Payroll and Invoices with your QuickBooks Desktop or Online account. Includes one (1) follow up call to review 7 days following setup.
         1. This Integration Package includes:

            • Customer Import and export

            • Service Item Import and export

            • Tax Codes import

            • Invoicing

            • Taking Payments

            • Full explanation of all Invoice Settings

            • Personalized suggestions and best practices based on your business needs

      2. QuickBooks Support Services – $25 (per incident) – Already integrated with QuickBooks but in need of Support? This Service provided up to a half hour 1 on 1 session to resolve QuickBooks errors, settings questions, or general RazorSync related QuickBooks questions.
