To take QuickBooks online backup, you need to log in to your company file as the Admin. Then, click on the “File” menu and select “Backup Company” and then “Create Local Backup.” Select “Online Backup” and sign up for a subscription if you haven’t already. Once you’re signed in, select the files you want to back up and click “Next.” Choose a schedule for backups and follow the prompts to complete the backup process. QuickBooks will automatically back up your data to the cloud at the selected intervals.
